The apartments are equipped with: equipped kitchen, parking space, independent heating, washing machine, phone, iron and ironing board, linen and WI-FI. Mosquito nets on the windows.
The swimming pool (5m x 10m) is in a sunny position and is the ideal place to relax and take a refreshing dip while admiring the Tuscan hills. The outdoor spaces are large and offer lawns and areas equipped for relaxation, table and chairs for eating al fresco in the shade of a pergola, a built-in barbecue for guests’ use and a ping pong table.
On the ground floor there is also a common room with a large fireplace, table and benches, where it is possible to entertain oneself or organize convivial dinners with the other guests. In addition to the above, the rates include: final cleaning, consumption of electricity, water and cooking gas. Small pets are accepted.
To be paid ON THE SPOT
– use of gas for heating in cold periods (from November 1st to April 15th by regional law) is charged according to consumption if requested.
– tourist tax (municipal tax) of € 1.00 per person from April to October for the first 5 days excluding children up to the twelfth year of age
